In short
FNLY Consulting advises and, if you wish, keeps the project lead during implementation. Technical measures such as software, interfaces or IT operations are handled by our sister brand FNLY IT or a provider of your choice. Consulting and implementation are contracted and billed separately, and the consulting stays vendor-neutral.

Why the separation matters
A recommendation is only honest if the advisor does not earn from the sale. That is why we do not sell software and receive no commissions from vendors.
If a measure needs technology, we describe the requirements so that any suitable provider can implement them. FNLY IT is an option many clients use, because then one team already knows the context. Implementation is contracted and billed separately from the consulting, without bundle discounts.
Implementation without technology, such as new roles or meeting rules, needs no further partner. We support that ourselves.

Do I have to hire FNLY IT for the implementation?
No. You decide freely who implements. Our requirements are written so that any suitable provider can work with them.
Is there a discount if I hire consulting and implementation together?
No. Consulting and implementation are offered and billed separately. That keeps the consulting neutral and each service comparable for you.
What does the project lead during implementation cost?
We agree on a fixed number of days per month at the day rate of $1,350 net, for example two days for $2,700 net. The support can be canceled monthly.
How do you work with our current IT partner?
Like with any other implementer: we provide requirements and priorities, coordinate dates and check with you whether the result fits.
