  • Companies that have grown while their organization has not

  • Teams that want a concept not just delivered but implemented

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Where do I start if several topics are open?

With the Business Assessment. In two days we look at strategy, organization and workflows together and decide which topic brings the greatest benefit first.

How long does a typical consulting project take?

The Business Assessment is two days of interviews and workshops, remote or on site by arrangement. The report follows within ten business days. Concept work usually covers two to six workshop days. Implementation support runs as long as you need it and can be canceled monthly.

Do you work with companies in the US?

Yes. We are based in Borken, Hesse, Germany, and work remotely via Microsoft Teams by default. On-site visits are possible by arrangement, travel is billed at cost and agreed in advance.

Who exactly advises us?

Fabian Schmid, founder of FNLY Consulting. You have the same contact from the initial call through to implementation.
