Which businesses is FNLY Consulting for?
For owner-managed and medium-sized businesses with around 5 to 250 employees that need to make or implement a decision on strategy, organisation or workflows. The industry is secondary; what matters is that the management takes part in the work.
What does the consulting cost?
The initial call is free of charge. The assessment costs a fixed price of €3,500 net, workshops and project lead €1,200 net per day. All prices are listed on the Prices page.
Do I have to continue after the assessment?
No. You receive a report with priorities and a 90-day plan that you can also implement yourself or with other partners. You decide afterwards whether to continue with us.
Is FNLY Consulting an IT consultancy?
No. We advise on strategy, organisation and processes. Questions about IT operations, IT security or NIS2 are answered by our sister brand FNLY IT. Where a measure requires technology, FNLY IT can implement it, commissioned separately.
Do you work on site or online?
Both. The assessment takes place at your premises, because workflows are best understood on site. Coordination meetings and shorter workshops can also be held via Microsoft Teams.
Are there subsidies for consulting?
There are public grants from the federal government and the state of Hesse for consulting services for small and medium-sized businesses. Whether your project is eligible is decided by the relevant funding body. It is important to note that the application usually has to be submitted before the consulting contract is signed.
