Fabian Schmid became self-employed in 2018 and has since founded and built several businesses. Today FNLY Group includes companies in Germany and the USA, among them FNLY IT, FNLY Social and FNLY Agency.
In all of these businesses he was founder and Head of IT. He introduced workflows, systems and responsibilities himself, built teams and experienced what happens when organisation and growth do not fit together. He is managing director of FNLY IT LLC in the USA.
FNLY Consulting grew out of this experience. Many FNLY IT clients came with questions that were not IT questions: Who decides what? Why does the quote take so long? Where should the business go? These questions are now answered by a separate consultancy.
