Why on-site consulting
Workflows are best understood where they take place. That is why every engagement starts with two days in the business. For companies in North Hesse, this is possible without travel costs and with a short journey.
Many businesses in the region are owner-managed and have grown over decades. This is exactly where the questions we help with arise: who takes on responsibility when the management cannot decide everything itself? How do workflows that have grown over time become a clear process?
