Approach
Four steps,each with a result
Before each step you know what it costs, how long it takes and what you will have in hand afterwards. After the assessment you decide freely whether to continue.
In short
The FNLY Consulting approach has four steps: a free initial call (20 minutes), an assessment at a fixed price of €3,500 net (two days on site and a written report), concept and workshops at €1,200 net per day, and optional support for implementation with a fixed number of days per month.
The process at a glance
- 01
Initial call: 20 minutes, free of charge
Via Teams or phone. You describe your concern, and we tell you honestly whether and how we can help. Result: a clear recommendation for the next step.
- 02
Assessment: 2 days, €3,500 net
Conversations with the management and key people, a look at figures and workflows. Within ten working days you receive a report with the most important levers and a 90-day plan, followed by a results meeting.
- 03
Concept and workshops: by the day
Usually two to six days at €1,200 net. Together with you we develop the target picture, roles or target workflows and record decisions in writing.
- 04
Supporting implementation: cancellable monthly
Project lead with a fixed number of days, monthly steering with the management. Technical parts by FNLY IT or a provider of your choice.
What the assessment report contains
| Starting point | Where your business stands today, in figures and in the words of your team. |
| The most important levers | Three to five issues that make the biggest difference, with reasons. |
| 90-day plan | Specific measures with responsible persons and deadlines. |
| Effort and benefit | A rough estimate for each measure so that you can set priorities. |
| Recommendation | What you can implement yourself and where support makes sense. |
You can also implement the report without us. It belongs to you.
Stop without further costs
There is no obligation after the assessment. If you want to implement the plan yourself, that is a good result.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What do we need to prepare for the assessment?
Two days on which the management and two to four key people are available for conversations, and the results of the last two to three years. We discuss everything else in advance.
How soon can we start?
An initial call is usually possible within a few days. We normally schedule the assessment two to four weeks in advance.
Can the assessment also take place online?
Partly. Conversations can be held via Teams, but we understand workflows much better on site. We recommend at least one day in the business.
What happens if we do not agree with the report?
In the results meeting we go through every point with you. Where we have misjudged something, we adjust the report.
