In short
FNLY Consulting charges nothing for the initial call, a fixed price of €3,500 net for the assessment, and €1,200 net per day (€650 per half day) for workshops, concepts and project lead. There are no travel costs within 100 km of Borken.

Terms

Subsidies
There are public grants from the federal government and the state of Hesse for consulting services for small and medium-sized businesses. Whether your project is eligible is decided by the relevant funding body. Important: the application usually has to be submitted before the consulting contract. Please mention this to us before commissioning.

Why do you publish your prices?
Because you should know before the first conversation whether working with us fits your budget. That saves both sides time.
Is a day rate of €1,200 usual?
For experienced consultants working with SMEs, published day rates are often between €1,100 and €1,600 net. We are in the lower range and bill the starting point at a fixed price.
What is included in the fixed price of the assessment?
Two days on site, the analysis, the written report and a results meeting of about 90 minutes. Travel costs within 100 km of Borken are included.
Are there package prices for consulting and implementation?
No. Consulting and technical implementation are offered and billed separately. This keeps the consulting neutral.
