Goals
Where do you want to be in three years, in terms of revenue, profit, size and the role of the management?
Strategy
A strategy for an SME is not a thick document. It is a clear decision about what you focus on, and a list of what you stop doing to get there.
In short
Together with owners and managing directors, we develop a strategy for the next three years: goals, target customers, offering and priorities. The result is a strategy paper of a few pages and an action plan with responsible persons. You start with the assessment at a fixed price of €3,500 net, followed by €1,200 net per workshop day.
Many businesses have a strategy in the heads of the management, but not on paper. That is enough as long as all decisions go across one desk. As soon as managers are expected to decide for themselves, they need a yardstick.
Typical signs: every order is accepted, even if it barely brings a margin. Investments are decided one by one, without reference to each other. The team does not know which project has priority.

A few figures that show you every month whether you are on track.
What role the owners will play in future and what that means for management and organisation.
Responsible persons, deadlines and effort for each project.
Two days in the business: conversations with the management and key people, a look at figures, customers and offering.
One to two days with the management and, if you wish, the leadership team, away from day-to-day business.
A few pages: goals, target customers, priorities, key figures. Understandable for everyone who makes decisions afterwards.
Measures with responsible persons and deadlines, with monthly support if you wish.
A strategy that only the management understands will not be implemented. That is why we write it so that every manager can derive their next decisions from it.
FAQ
From the assessment to the finished strategy paper, we expect four to eight weeks. The time on site is usually three to four days.
The assessment costs a fixed price of €3,500 net. We bill the retreat and the strategy paper at €1,200 net per day. Typical strategy work with an assessment and two retreat days therefore costs around €5,900 net.
Always the management and the owners. We decide together whether the leadership team joins. It often makes sense to involve them in the second half of the retreat.
The results of the last two to three years and an overview by customer or service are helpful. No further preparation is needed; we work out the rest in the assessment.
