Many consulting projects end with a report. With us, you can keep us on as project lead until the measures work in daily operations.
In short
FNLY Consulting advises and, if you wish, keeps the project lead during implementation. Technical measures such as software, interfaces or IT operations are handled by the sister brand FNLY IT or a provider of your choice. Consulting and implementation are commissioned and billed separately, and the consulting remains vendor-neutral.

Why the separation matters
A recommendation is only honest if the consultant does not earn from the sale. That is why we do not sell software and do not receive commissions from vendors.
If a measure requires technology, we describe the requirements so that any suitable provider can implement them. FNLY IT is one option that many clients use, because then a team already knows the context. The implementation is commissioned and billed separately from the consulting, without package discounts.
Implementation without technology, such as new roles or meeting rules, does not need another partner. We support that ourselves.

Do I have to commission FNLY IT for the implementation?
No. You decide freely who implements. Our requirements are written so that any suitable provider can work with them.
Is there a discount if I commission consulting and implementation together?
No. Consulting and implementation are offered and billed separately. This keeps the consulting neutral and each service comparable for you.
What does project lead during implementation cost?
We agree a fixed number of days per month at the day rate of €1,200 net, for example two days for €2,400 net. The support can be cancelled monthly.
How do you work with our existing IT partner?
As with any other implementer: we provide requirements and priorities, coordinate deadlines and check with you whether the result fits.
