Frequently asked questions
Where do I start if several issues are open?
With the assessment. In two days we look at strategy, organisation and workflows together and decide which issue brings the greatest benefit first.
How long does a typical consulting project take?
The assessment takes two days on site, and the report follows within ten working days. Concept work usually comprises two to six workshop days. Support for implementation runs as long as you need it and can be cancelled monthly.
Do you also advise businesses outside Hesse?
Yes. We are based in Borken in North Hesse, but we work for businesses throughout Germany. Beyond 100 km we charge travel costs at cost.
Who exactly provides the consulting?
Fabian Schmid, founder of FNLY Consulting. You have the same contact person from the initial call through to implementation.
