Goals
Where do you want to be in three years, in revenue, profit, size and the role of leadership?
Strategy
A strategy for a mid-sized business is not a thick document. It is a clear decision on what you focus on, and a list of what you stop doing for it.
In short
We work with owners and managing directors to develop a strategy for the next three years: goals, target customers, offering and priorities. The result is a strategy paper of a few pages and an action plan with owners. You start with the fixed-price Business Assessment at $3,900 net, then $1,350 net per workshop day.
Many companies have a strategy in the heads of their leadership, but not on paper. That works as long as all decisions go across one desk. As soon as managers are expected to decide on their own, they need a yardstick.
Typical signs: every order is accepted, even if it barely brings any margin. Investments are decided one by one, without reference to each other. The team does not know which project has priority.

A few numbers that show you every month whether you are on track.
What role the owners will have in the future and what that means for leadership and organization.
Owners, dates and effort for each initiative.
Two days of interviews and workshops, remote or on site by arrangement: talks with leadership and key people, a look at numbers, customers and offering.
One to two days with leadership and, if you wish, the management team, away from day-to-day business.
A few pages: goals, target customers, priorities, key figures. Clear for everyone who makes decisions based on it.
Measures with owners and dates, with monthly support if you wish.
A strategy that only leadership understands will not be implemented. That is why we write it so that every manager can derive their next decisions from it.
FAQ
From the Business Assessment to the finished strategy paper we expect four to eight weeks. The effort in workshops and interviews is usually three to four days.
The Business Assessment costs $3,900 net at a fixed price. The retreat and strategy paper are billed at $1,350 net per day. A typical strategy project with Business Assessment and two retreat days therefore costs around $6,600 net.
Always the leadership and the owners. Whether the management team joins is something we decide together. It often makes sense to involve them in the second half of the retreat.
The results of the last two to three years and an overview by customer or service are helpful. No further preparation is needed, we work out the rest in the Business Assessment.
