FNLY Consulting charges nothing for the initial call, $3,900 net at a fixed price for the Business Assessment, and $1,350 net per day for workshops, concepts and project lead ($750 per half day). We work remotely via Microsoft Teams by default. On-site visits by arrangement, travel billed at cost and agreed in advance.

Two days of interviews and workshops, remote or on site by arrangement, a written report with levers and a 90-day plan, results meeting. You can stop afterwards with no further cost.
Workshops and concepts

Strategy retreat, target picture, roles, target workflows. Half day $750.
Implementation support
from $2,700
per month
A fixed number of days at the day rate, for example two days per month. Cancel monthly.
Terms

Why do you publish your prices?
Because you should know before the first conversation whether working together fits your budget. That saves both sides time.
Is a day rate of $1,350 typical?
Published day rates of experienced consultants for small and mid-sized businesses in Germany are often between 1,100 and 1,600 euros net. We are at the lower end and bill the entry at a fixed price.
What is included in the fixed price of the Business Assessment?
Two days of interviews and workshops, remote or on site by arrangement, the analysis, the written report and a results meeting of about 90 minutes. Travel for on-site visits is billed at cost and agreed in advance.
Are there package prices for consulting and implementation?
No. Consulting and technical implementation are offered and billed separately. That keeps the consulting neutral.
