Approach

Four steps,each with a result

Before each step you know what it costs, how long it takes and what you have in hand afterwards. After the Business Assessment you decide freely whether to continue.

In short

The FNLY Consulting approach has four steps: a free initial call (20 minutes), the Business Assessment at a fixed price of $3,900 net (two days of interviews and workshops, remote or on site by arrangement, and a written report), concept and workshops at $1,350 net per day, and optional implementation support with a fixed number of days per month.

The process at a glance

  1. 01

    Initial call: 20 minutes, free

Via Teams or phone. You describe your needs, we tell you honestly whether and how we can help. Result: a clear recommendation for the next step.

  2. 02

Business Assessment: 2 days, $3,900 net

Two days of interviews and workshops, remote or on site by arrangement: talks with leadership and key people, a look at numbers and workflows. Within ten business days you receive a report with the most important levers and a 90-day plan, followed by a results meeting.

  3. 03

Concept and workshops: by the day

Usually two to six days at $1,350 net. Together with you we develop the target picture, roles or target workflows and record decisions in writing.

  4. 04

    Implementation support: cancel monthly

Project lead with a fixed number of days, monthly steering with leadership. Technical parts by FNLY IT or a provider of your choice.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What do we need to prepare for the Business Assessment?

Two days on which leadership and two to four key people are available for interviews, and the results of the last two to three years. We discuss everything else in advance.

How soon can we start?

An initial call is usually possible within a few days. We typically schedule the Business Assessment two to four weeks in advance.

Can the Business Assessment take place online?

Yes. By default we work remotely via Microsoft Teams. On-site days are possible by arrangement, travel is billed at cost and agreed in advance.

What happens if we disagree with the report?

In the results meeting we go through every point with you. Where we misjudged something, we adjust the report.
